The flight took place 60 km from Agafay Luxury camp, in the Jbilets Nord Palmeraie Marrakech area. It is the main base camp, with a panorama of the Atlas on days of good visibility, of Marrakech to the south, the valley of Oued Tensift, the Douars of Rahmna and in particular Oulad El Garn and the mountains of Jbilets.
We fly there about 350 days a year, we work with the balloon company that flies the most on average in the world, and the most reliable company in its field with more than 20 years of experience.
A shared flight with other passengers, a maximum of 16 or 20 passengers depending on the balloon.
- Total average duration of 5h including 40 to 60min of flight.
- The 4×4 or the van awaits you at the camp early in the morning around 5:30 am
- The transport to the take-off area takes place partly on tracks.
Boarding
In the basket, a safety briefing will be given, then a flight between 40 and 60 minutes, depending on the weather conditions, including a first part at high altitude to enjoy the panorama of the whole region, then a second part at low altitude to enjoy the view of the villages, the mountains of Jbilet, the farms, the domestic and wild fauna, the children go to school.
Breakfast / Certificate delivery
On landing, recovery by pursuit 4x4s, welcome under the caidal tent for a typical Berber breakfast prepared by the women of the Douar (village) of Oulad El Garn, delivery of a flight certificate, visit of the Aero-boutique, then return to Agafay Luxury Camp.
