Where you’ll go?
Your overnight glamping adventure will take place 35 kilometres from Marrakech, in the small rocky desert of Agafay. Your campsite is set around a central courtyard with views of the snow-capped Atlas mountains. Each elevated tent is decked out with white Berber rugs, iron-framed beds and traditional Moroccan lamps; bathrooms are on the bijou side, but there’s running water for showers. Outside areas have deck seating and fire-pits that glow under the twinkling night sky.
What you’ll do?
During the day you can relax in the lunar-like landscape or venture out for camel-riding, trekking or 4×4 driving. In the evening, you’ll gather around the communal fire-pits for a traditional Moroccan dinner; a local guitarist will provide the mood music for the candlelit scene. When night falls, you’ll cosy up for an overnight stay in your canvas tent – sneak outside to spy on stars that shine brightly away from the city lights. In the morning, you’ll have an alfresco breakfast before returning to Marrakech.
Experience location
You can be picked up from Marrakech Airport, Marrakech or the Palmeraie; we’ll send you the details in your confirmation.
